2020 Shipping Cut Off Dates

Brad |

As you know, 2020 has been a year of tough times and firsts but we’ve also found a few silver linings.  Working from home, spending more time with family & friends….online shopping!

eCommerce growth in September is up 82% year-on-year according to AusPost’s latest data, meaning we are all buying more online. 125,000 more households shopping online.  This means more strain and pressure on delivery services and a predicted blowout for black friday and Christmas sales.

Here at VFM we pride ourselves on fast dispatch, with most items going out the same or next day.  With the overwhelming amount of parcels being sent through courier and freight companies we don’t have much control over how fast your items arrive at your door.  So to give yourself the best chance of receiving your items on time in this silly season we suggest you get your orders in sooner than later.  Here are the cutoff dates we have been given by our freight partner Shippit.

Delivery cut offs

  • Perth, Adelaide - 11th December
  • Sydney, Melbourne - 14th December
  • Brisbane - 18th December
  • Everywhere Else - 7th December

As always we’ll do our best to get your orders dispatched as fast as possible but please take in consideration the strain that is being placed on our freight companies in these times.  They are doing their best to make sure you receive your orders in a timely manner while following their COVID guidelines to ensure your safety.

Showroom and warehouse hours

Please note our showroom and warehouse will be closed from 1pm on the 24th of December.  To ensure your order is dispatched the same day please have your order in before 10am.  We will be reopening again at 8am on the 7th of Jan 2021!
